2006年12月-现在:中国科学院大气物理研究所,  研究员、博士生导师 (2007年入选中科院人才计划,  2012年1月-2022年3月任中国科学院气候变化研究中心常务副主任)。

2015年6月-现在:中国地质大学环境学院大气科学系,主任、教授、博导    (兼)。
